You have already passed the biggest hurdle by reaching out for help. I’ve been a therapist in private practice for 20 years. I retired and missed it, so I’m back. I have worked with individuals, adult and adolescent. I meet the client where they are, as I realize the relationship matters as much as the therapy. I mainly use CBT to help my clients find what they need and what they don’t. And most of all, I help clients find their happiness and realize how to keep it!
