My focus is to assist people with challenges they may be facing so that they may experience meaning and joy in their life each day. There are many factors that can take away from ones emotional and mental well-being, such as unresolved past experiences, relationship issues, or physical pain. Whatever the underlying factors of a challenge might be, I believe in assisting others to address them. I believe everyone deserves the best quality of life possible. When suffering from symptoms of anxiety and/or depression it is difficult to see things clearly. My expertise lies in helping someone who may need to uncover the root causes of such symptoms. Together we can address the past and present, so that you may move forward and feel free to enjoy all of life. I thrive in the outdoors. I live in a rural community and enjoy the exquisite sunrise and sunset of the beautiful country. My next-door neighbor is a donkey - he is quite friendly. I enjoy a simple life and spending time with friends, family and writing. In fact, I have written a book of my own.
