I am a great listener, will provide support, and can offer tools for you to employ to cope better. My clinical work over the last 17 years has provided much experience in helping my clients navigate through difficult times. What is your approach to therapy? I provide a warm, safe environment that will allow you to feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I meet you where you are and through our sessions help you to cope with life's challenges, feel supported and more confident in yourself. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
