Ms. Barbara Zelop has over ten years of experience as a psychotherapist. She began her higher education by earning a master's degree in mental health counseling from Caldwell University. Ms. Zelop works with the offices of NOCD across Newark, NJ, and Charlottesville, VA. She is an expert in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, having used its techniques in treating trauma, PTSD, and bipolar disorders in teens and adults, in hospital and inpatient settings. As an OCD therapist, she attests to its efficacy in overcoming compulsions and anxieties. Ms. Zelop helps her patients gain confidence and to live the most rewarding life that they can. She assists her clients to reach a position where they can live freely without OCD dictating what they should and shouldn't do.
