I am a BIPOC individual, couples and family therapist licensed in Pennsylvania with over 7 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and social worker. I have worked with clients with a variety concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and family issues. I specialize in trauma focused therapy. I have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm and compassionate. I aim to understands and treat anyone with respect and sensitivity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, ecosystemic functional, psychodynamic and therapy.. I will enjoy tailoring to my clients needs and believe in meeting people where they are. I truly believe everyone's story is important and that people have the capacity to change.
