I certainly understand the mental, physical, and societal demands placed on us to be perfect, have it all together, and overall be superwomen! I defeated some of my own Anxieties, after a Major Life Transition in my own life, and completed a Sprint Triathlon: (Swim, Cycle, and Run); within 5 months of learning how to swim and cycle!!!
