Welcome! My name is Bailey and I am a licensed therapist in the state of North Carolina. I have over 7 years experience in the mental health field in various settings. I have worked in outpatient healthcare, inpatient substance abuse treatment, and in the public school system. During these assorted experiences, I have worked with clients of all ages presenting with depression, anxiety, life transition issues, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and family conflicts.

I became dedicated to the mental health field during my adolescent years while volunteering weekly at a rescue mission kitchen. Seeing firsthand the detrimental effects that mental health can have on individuals and families, I became impassioned to be part of the prevention and treatment effort in the mental health field to help others achieve their best self despite struggle. Now, after several years working with individuals struggling in either chronically or acutely, I have seen firsthand how important mental healthcare is and the long lasting positive effects it can have in your life.

My therapy style is collaborative, client-centered and accepting. I happily meet my clients where they are at- no pushing here! I appreciate that you know yourself best, and I will allow you to help me guide treatment, while I implement boundaries and structure to our relationship in order to meet the goals you have helped to establish.
