Hello! My name is Bailey and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over five years of experience providing therapy. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling and focused my studies on anxiety and trauma therapy. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals, heal from past trauma, work through family and relational problems and overcome anxiety. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify automatic negative thoughts and dysfunctional or destructive beliefs and patterns.

I take a holistic approach when it comes to therapy that is warm and interactive. I desire to partner with clients and work towards their therapeutic goals together. I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship based on mutual trust and understanding. I desire to support and empower clients as they take a step of courage to move towards a fulfilling and healthy life.
