I have been working as a therapist going on four years, and have primarily been working with adolescents in a therapeutic group home setting. I have my Masters of Social Work degree from Walla Walla University, and have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Specialties include work with depression, anxiety, grief, identity, sexuality, gender, and family dynamics. When working with clients I like to take a strength based and solution focused approach, taking your lead as we identify and find ways to overcome whatever barriers you may be coming up against.
