I am duly Licensed Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol Counselor licensed in the state of New Hampshire with over 10 years of experience working in the field. I believe in a wholistic approach to overall health, recognizing that our mental, physical and spiritual health are all working together and are affecting each other. Clients describe me as genuine and real, uncensored and client focused. My therapy approach is client centered, focused on your individual needs. I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), RET (Rational Emotive Therapy) and Client focused Therapy. I am a strong believer that therapy should be individualized, as I believe that what works for one person may not work for everyone. We are all unique, so I like to use a variety of evidence-based approaches with my clients. I am committed to treating each client with dignity, empathy and respect. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is an important factor in successful outcomes in therapy.
