About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I have over 13 years of experience supporting people through mental health struggles, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.

One central theme that I find is people come to me feeling broken and thinking that they are the only one's going through their situation. I aim to ease this feeling of being broken and lonely, and to let people see that they can live a life worth living.

To achieve this, I use a variety of modalities and would describe my counseling style as warm, eclectic and personalized. There is no such thing as a one size fits all approach in my practice. I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. No matter what therapy I use, my main goal is to use a person-centered approach to get you where you want to be in life.
