The world is a challenging place, and it is difficult to move through daily, with the many issues found in the media, with family, with friends, or with work. It can be hard to manage so many problems within life, when things get hard to handle, a great plan is to reach out for professional help. As a therapist I am focused on helping to guide you on a better path to find solutions to work through your problems and manage your life. If you are struggling from anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or trauma related issues, I can assist you with finding resolutions and getting you to a happier lifestyle. My person-centered approach focuses on assisting the client with processing their issues and finding ways to manage the problems. My specialties include mindfulness practices, stress management, anger management, emotion regulation and behavioral techniques. I work with clients to build self-esteem, self-confidence and self-empowerment. My job as a therapist is to help you to create goals to get you back to your true self and live a happier life. I believe that the therapeutic process should be collaborative, and each treatment plans are individualized for each client. I have created a safe space for my clients that is accepting, non-judgmental, compassionate and open.
