Ayo is a licensed therapist who sees Pennsylvania, Texas, and Indiana clients virtually. Her practice is primarily focused on collegiate and professional athletes, but overall she works well with clients who work in high performance arenas. She has extensive experience working with individuals, as well as couples, as they cope with stressful sport/work transitions and relational challenges. Her approach to therapy is both warm and disarming, while also gentle and direct. She understands and respects the bravery it takes to begin therapy and is always mindful of how to make her clients feel comfortable throughout the process. As a 2x graduate of Texas Tech University, Ayo is a proud Red Raider. She left the university with a bachelors degree focused on Exercise & Sports Sciences, Social Work, and Legal Studies, and a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. When she is not practicing as a therapist, you can find her traveling, working out, watching sports, or spending time with family and friends.
