I often speak with individuals who are seeking deeper connection with themselves and within their relationships. This comes from understanding the systems and patterns that contributed to our way of being (family of origin, experiences, traumas and significant relationships etc.) and regular practices or behaviors currently in place.

My clinical practice focuses on connecting with individuals who have devoted their lives to “doing it all” and find that, in fact “it all” may not be doable. Not without help and support. That can be a hard pill to swallow. However, I believe we all deserve to find balance no matter what that looks like for each person. My expertise lies in helping individuals find a way through the burnout, self-doubt, anxiety and relationships issues that can be the result of holding all the things all the time.

Whether you are someone who has survived trauma or someone who has not, my goal is to act as a guide and witness as you access the wisdom already present.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), trauma informed treatments, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and most importantly a humanistic approach that supports each client in being their true selves in order to live the most empowered and fulfilling life.
