Life has a way of changing us to our core.
We find ourselves hoping and wanting to be better, but we don’t always know where to turn. When your back is against the wall, we hope that you find comfort in turning to Fostering Therapy via the Find A Therapist platform.

As a clinical therapist, I believe that knowing who you are is the foundation of a productive life. I understand that life may have thrown you into survival mode. My hope is that you reach the point where you can thrive and be the best version of yourself. In our individual sessions we will begin to address your current mental well being; evaluate thinking patterns born out of habit, conditioning, or survival; and discuss sustainable skills to face ongoing days with resilience.
