I am a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping my clients become the best version of themselves, while working to achieve your full potential, learning to heal, and practicing self-growth and awareness. I am eclectic when it comes to my approach, I utilize solution-focused and narrative therapy as I do believe clients have the power to rewrite the story of what they want their lives to be moving forward in their healing journey. My focus I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief and trauma, sexual assault, addiction, LQBTQIA+, self-esteem, self-empowerment. My communication style Working with me is a chill, relaxing, and fun experience as I work to create a safe and trusting space for my clients to feel comfortable enough to be themselves. My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to help others since childhood, and have always been the one to listen and approach situations with a logical and empathetic view, so I decided “Hey I love to listen and help others see their potential,” so therapy was honestly my first choice.
