I'm Ayana, hello! I am a skilled clinical social worker with licenses in Florida and Virginia who focuses on assisting those who are dealing with mental and behavioral health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and other concerns. I have previously worked as an in-home trauma therapist and an outpatient walk-in crisis clinician. I have over 7 years of expertise in the field of mental and behavioral health, and I hold a master's degree in social work from Florida Atlantic University. I have experience working with patients of all ages, including kids, teens, and adults. My area of expertise is treating patients who are struggling with trauma, relationships, and everyday life issues. I have received training in Crisis Intervention as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work hard to enhance my clients' quality of life by inspiring, empowering, and supporting them through their therapeutic and life goals.
