What should clients know about you? I am a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, anger management, ADHD, depression, marital issues, political anxiety, COVID anxiety, and adjustment issues in teens, adults, and married couples. My experience also includes working with various DSM-V disorders in addition to managing school-based issues. I have been using CBT and psychodynamic-based therapy to help clients overcome these difficulties and prevent them from arising again. I use a warm and caring approach to help clients and their families feel safe and secure in the therapy session. I also use role-playing and mindfulness to help clients learn skills that allow them to overcome their challenges. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Many of my clients encounter frustration when their concerns impact their daily lives. I take the time to listen closely to their needs and empower them to successfully navigate their challenges.
