I am a compassionate, easy-going, smart therapist licensed in Maryland that can help you feel more present in the moment and actually enjoy it. I have the training to provide care for those experiencing depression, anxiety and relationship issues. Additionally, I am a certified trauma therapist. I’m down to earth and I accept people with a lot of compassion, just as they are, without judgement. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I take a two pronged approach to therapy. On the one hand, I want to give you tips, tools and strategies to mitigate your symptoms right away. On the other hand, we will explore why these symptoms began in the first place to gain insight and get to the root cause.
