Hi there, I am Avia and I am so proud of you for making it this far. If you've mastered the first challenge - you can beat them all! Are you here because you are feeling stuck, defeated by your own feelings, going through some challenges, or wanting to feel like yourself again? Either way - you are in the right place! Here we'll work together to identify what doesn't work and find creative ways to find your balance. We'll look for strengths and qualities you may have not known you had and get some practice of skills that can help you get closer to where you want to be. I will be responsible to create a safe space for all that to happen and will utilize varied approaches to support our agendas. I will also be sure to be in tune with what speaks to you in an effort to maximize outcome and optimize your experience all around. Thank you so much for considering me as your counselor!
