About

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and have been working in the mental health field since graduating from West Chester University in 2012. I have worked with a variety of clients from various backgrounds with challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, major life changes, as well as have worked with individuals who have experienced significant traumatic life events.

I work from a trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approach, while always focusing heavily on developing a strong relationship between therapist and client, as this is so important in the healing process. I also rely heavily on you as the client to guide the direction of where you want treatment to go so that we can set realistic goals and work together efficiently and effectively to meet them.
