Hello!

I am Autumn, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been practicing therapy for 4 years. I have worked in the past with adolescents, teens, and young adults regarding anxiety, depression, life transitions, school issues, as well as communication within family systems for three years. I have experience in family therapy as well as individual. More recently I have been working with adults and families coping with life changes as well as a wide array of mental health disorders, finding strategies to cope with and process these emotions. I have also been working with adults in the medical setting, struggling with cancer diagnoses and end of life processing.

I do work a fulltime job M-F during the day, with Find A Therapist being mostly the evenings and weekends. That being said, I will have some time to answer messages in the morning and evenings outside of regularly scheduled sessions. I live and work in Maine, I enjoy spending time with family, crafting, and reading in my free time. Taking charge of your mental health, and developing skills to assist you each and everyday to feel like your best self.

My therapy style is client-focused, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. All while taking an individual goal and person-centered approach. I will keep your specific needs in mind while tailoring our therapy to accomplish what you are looking for.
