I am a family and marriage therapist (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC), and Drug and alcohol counselor (LCDC) licensed in Texas with experiences in the residential treatment settings as well as private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, OCD, ODD, addiction, as well as trauma.

My approach is interactive to help you learn the tools you will need to empower yourself to face the battles of this life. I know you have a voice that needs to be heard and I want you to feel respected and understood. I use a combination of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Structural, Narrative, and solution focused interventions. However, your treatment plan is something we will create together to make sure it is individualized and focused on meeting your emotional needs.
