Hello! My name is Autumn and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas, certified Life Coach, and A Yoga Alliance register Yoga Instructor. Day to day life can become hectic and unmanageable when we have past issues that are unresolved or when our stress levels simply become too overwhelming; I am here to help you navigate your world while increasing positive coping skills and improving your overall quality of life. In addition to being educated, I also have experience. I am a trauma survivor and have successfully managed mental health issues. The interventions and support I provide have worked and will work. Some of the interventions I am utilize are DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga/Body Movement, Breath Awareness, as well as focusing on self-care, self-love, and self-acceptance.
