Hi there! In my therapeutic approach, I focus on supporting clients in taking ownership over their lives in order to create a life of vitality. I graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2016 and received my Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State, University Northridge in 2018. I have four years of clinical experience in a nonprofit setting treating children, families, and adults who have experienced trauma. I also have experience treating individuals with anxiety, depression, and other mood related disorders. Further, I have facilitated domestic violence groups, parenting groups, and provided coparenting counseling. Treating clients via telehealth for the past two years has been incredibly rewarding as it simplifies the process of accessing therapy for both the clinician and the client. In my free time I enjoy reading, going to the beach, meditating, exercising, and trying new foods!
