Autumn Kulchawik is a License Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years experience working with all ages. She specializes with adolescents and mothers; especially those working through major life transitions. Autumn has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and works with the client through real life situations in a straight forward and honest way. She values helping her clients set healthy boundaries and understanding the importance to incorporating self-care on a regular basis in their lives.
