I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Iowa. I have experience working with adults with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety, depression, substance use, domestic violence, workplace stress, etc.

My therapy style focuses on providing clients with support and challenging them to make positive changes in their lives. I believe in meeting people where they are at, providing a safe place for all, and being present. I believe it’s important for each person to have goals and sessions tailored to their individual needs.
