I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the State of Colorado. I hold two Master Degrees; an MA in Counseling Psychology and an MA in Depth Psychology, both from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where I am also currently a PhD Candidate, studying Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Somatic studies. I have been working in the field of mental health for 26 years and as a therapist since 2010.

My perspective is that unresolved issues from the past create thought, belief, behavior, and life patterns that negatively impact the present.

The methods and modalities I use is informed by an alchemical Mind/Body/Soul model, which uses Jungian-based and Embodied Psycho-dynamic principles, combined with other modalities that recognize the multiple aspects of psyche and dynamics within the human experience. I believe all people are beautiful divine souls. Our suffering and pain on this earth-walk takes nothing away from our divinity, it births our compassion and spiritual consciousness. This perspective has been the guiding light of my life's path.
