About

I have worked as a social worker and counselor for over 15 years, with a Bachelor's in Social Work from University of Vermont (2003) and Master's in Counseling from St. Edward's University (2011), and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

My Approach
Everything and everyone is connected. We are looking for purpose, comfort, and connection. My views are most in line with existentialism, not meaning that we will work solely on fear of death and dying, but more on life meaning, choice and authenticity.

My approach is collaborative with a strong focus on building confidence and trust in yourself. Life can be hard, and transitions difficult to navigate, but if we have a strong sense of self and are meaningfully connected to a community --whether it be family, friends, neighbors, co workers or all of the above-- then we are better able to manage life's challenges.
