About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 7 years of clinical experience, primarily working with adolescents and young adults. Previous clients I have worked with have struggled with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, mood swings, among a variety of other mental health symptoms.

My therapy style is to invite my clients to work on what they feel is their biggest hurdle. I want to empower my clients to live their best possible life. I specialize in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, and a variety of other skills. I bring a judgement free therapeutic space, that will hopefully offer you relief through learning coping skills, processing struggles, and building your toolbox.

Reaching out for help is a huge step. It can be scary and overwhelming and feel like the worst decision at the time. But, it's also the first step. And once you take that first step, you'll realize it wasn't that scary and possibly the best decision.
