Hello, my name is Audrey! I am an avid dog lover, and board game enthusiast. I attended Indiana University of South Bend where I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology , as well as my graduate degree in Counseling and Human Services . I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience working with a variety of populations and mental health needs. I have worked in a variety of settings including office based, in schools, in homes and community based. My experience includes family dysfunction (parenting/child defiance), depression, anxiety, complex trauma, relationship problems (intimacy/sexuality), communication, and chronic pain/illness. I believe in staying informed about current mental health trends and the latest treatment techniques. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help promote change and healing. I am trained in a variety of additional therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused, and Client Centered.

Therapy is a journey of growth and healing, and I want to help you the entire way through. Often emotions seem so simplistic from an external perspective, which can lead to complex difficulties internally when they aren't dealt with in a healthy manner. As a clinical professional, I take pride in my ability to be non-judgmental, and treat each patient with unconditional positive regard.
