Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma and have over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I understand the importance of empowering people to find their best self. I feel that it it very important to find a counselor that you can connect with in a judgement free zone. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings, such as community mental health centers, jails, child placing agencies, and private agencies. I have helped my clients address many different concerns, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship/family issues, poor communication styles, and trauma. Furthermore, I have worked in the field of social work and mental health for over 16 years helping individuals and families.

My counseling style is client-centered and empathetic. I pride myself on being non-judgmental and honest. I am LGBTIQA2+ affirming and believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and meaningful life.

The fact that you are looking into counseling says a lot about you and I know that it can be difficult to reach out for help. I would love to be able to work with you and help you on your journey, whatever that means for you. I can interact with you in whatever manner you are most comfortable. Video sessions can be helpful until we get to know each other, but I am also available via phone and text if needed. I am mainly available evenings and on weekends but I check messages several times during the weekdays.
