I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Denver, Colorado with around 7 years of professional work experience in the field of mental health and therapy. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology and am certified in yoga. I have experience working with kids, teens, young adults, students, college athletes, couples, parents, and families. I have training and experience in various settings including schools, non profit organizations, a wellness center, and private practice. In these settings, I have enjoyed helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, coping with life changes, amongst others. I use a person-centered, holistic approach in therapy and look at the whole individual. I integrate therapeutic approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, positive psychology and somatic tools. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
