Some of the issues I work most effectively with include anxiety, as well as general life concerns, transitions, stress management and personal growth. My clinical and life experience contribute to my effectiveness in these areas. There is a relationship between thoughts and feelings/moods. I can help restructure your thinking so that you can feel better and be more productive and effective in your life and stop self defeating behaviors that limit you. I am an open, non-judgemental, safe person for you to talk to. Your needs will be approached individually.
