I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University. I have experience working with individuals with various concerns, including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders. I combine different therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, client-centered, and solution-focused therapy based on the client's needs. My goal is to assist people in working towards fulfilling their goals and meeting their fullest potential. I enjoy helping others discover a new perspective on life.
