Hello and thank you for seeking out my services. I aim to offer therapy to clients who are living with anxiety brought on by everyday life, and who are looking for ways to manage it. Additionally, I serve young adults with autism who are wanting to learn independence and other vital life skills. I also provide services for people of color and am passionate about bringing mental healthcare and education to communities of color and other marginalized communities. My preferred modalities are CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I operate from a strength-based perspective. I offer exclusively virtual services in order to expand my network to all within the state of Texas. I am an openly autistic therapist here in the state of Texas who is incredibly passionate about empowerment for people of color, especially those navigating life with autism and other disabilities. I am fully committed to working deeply and authentically with those who seek out my services.
