About

I am a Social worker and Chemical Dependency Counselor and my education is a masters degree in social work. I have over 10 years experience working with individuals and groups that are experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD and substance use addiction problems. I have helped many people who have experienced trauma mentally, emotionally and physically. My approach is client centered and I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity and empathy. I understand that it takes courage to seek help and if you are ready to begin I am here to support and empower you to begin this journey. My therapy style is CBT and motivational engagement to assist clients in developing healthy coping strategies and skills to better their lives. I look forward to working with you.
