From childhood to adulthood to older years, we face myriad of relational and emotional challenges. When we don’t have the right tools to deal with these challenges they become roadblocks that manifest themselves as anxiety, depression, other acute or chronic trauma reactions, and addictive behavior. These will affect relationships with significant people in our lives (partner, children, parents, siblings, friends), as well as with ourselves. My goal is to guide you to feeling more emotionally connected by exploring your purpose and direction in life. You will develop an awareness of your behavior patterns, learn to live healthier in the present, and build stronger relationship with yourself and others. This is a path to self-fulfillment. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges with relationships, emotional stagnation, and addictive behaviors.
