Hi, my name is Ashlyn Lussier. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I use a client-centered approach, working alongside you each session. I focus on helping adults with their self-confidence, boundaries, communication, trauma, depression, and more. My approach I provide you with skills to manage the challenges you're facing, as well as work with you to identify and understand where the root causes are coming from and why they are occurring. Learning these skills creates short-term relief and understanding the origin of your struggles creates long-term growth. I use a variety of theoretical approaches, including narrative therapy, attachment theory, CBT, EMDR, client-centered, and more. I use the approach that works best for you and your process. My focus I primarily work with young adults and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My communication style I'm here to provide a safe space for you to work through the challenges going on in your life. I work with you throughout therapy, side by side, one step at a time.
