I have always had a passion for joining people in their stories and I believe that no one should ever have to feel alone in their journey. I specialize in working with complex trauma and I am especially passionate about helping women work through past or current trauma toward healing. While trauma is my area of expertise, I also enjoy working with those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief and loss. Throughout my professional experience, I have seen the resiliency of the human spirit. I believe that growth and change can occur within the safety of a collaborative and genuine relationship.
