Hi! My name is Ashley Wells and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. As a therapist I seek to help individuals and families reach their goals through a client centered approach. This allows individuals to utilize their own strengths in a therapeutic setting to obtain positive growth. It is my goal to provide effective therapy in a supportive environment where my clinical approach is caring, collaborative and goal-directed. I am passionate about developing a strong therapeutic alliance with each client, and committed to providing the best quality of care for my clients and their families.
I have experience working with diverse populations which includes adults, couples and families. My client profile covers a wide range of issues from PTSD and other traumas, depression, anxiety, ADHD and helping couples and families work through relational challenges.
