Life itself can be challenging. Add in struggling with mental health and it can be absolutely overwhelming. Thankfully, we don't always have to face those challenges alone. If you choose to work with me, you can expect a personalized approach to finding solutions to help you overcome your specific challenges. When needed, I also incorporate many other techniques including CBT and DBT. I enjoy all things art (music, singing, dancing, writing, painting, drawing, etc.) and love to use art as a therapeutic tool whenever I can.
