I am licensed in North Carolina with 30 years of counseling experience. Using a cognitive-behavioral and holistic approach, I help clients attain a functional life balance. Clients learn to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, practice healthier habits of mind, reduce and manage unwanted mood symptoms, for increased productivity, healthier relationships, and more life fulfillment. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
