Welcome! I am delighted to have to opportunity to share a little about myself.
I am a licensed Mental Health Therapist, I have been working with young adults and adults since 2008. I have an extensive background in working with clients who identify depression, anxiety and chronic perfectionism, among other concerns, as problematic in their lives. Through a combination of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral approaches my goal is to empower my clients to strengthen their own ability towards achieving the life they desire.
