About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Idaho and love being able to work with couples and individuals. I was originally teaching high school before deciding to make a career change into the Social Work field several years ago. Though I enjoyed being with adolescents in the classroom setting, I definitely have never regretted my choice in becoming a therapist. I have several years experience in treating individuals with depression and anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, parenting challenges and a dissatisfaction in career.

I am a firm believer in the power of choice and change. We can choose to change ourselves in way that influences how we see ourselves and the world around us. Perspective is everything! I work to understand your perspective then together we can explore all other possibilities in how to view life's circumstances and challenges in a way that provides more hope, purpose and meaning.
