I am a Licensed Social Worker (obtained LSW in 2017) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (earned CADC in 2012) with over 10 years of clinical experience providing services to adults, adolescents and families across a variety of settings. My approach to the therapeutic relationship is empathetic, collaborative and non-judgmental. As I work with my clients, I normalize the growth process while exploring everyday stressors and challenges in a safe and trust-filled environment. Using a strengths-based approach focused on solutions, I personalize therapy to individual, couples, and families’ needs and goals. I am dedicated to developing a true connection with each client, while guiding them to discover solutions and strengthen self-efficacy; all of which serve as foundations for healing, growth and ultimately, change.
