Hi there, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I have been working in the field since 2012 and am licensed in both California and Utah. I completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego and my Bachelor’s in Sociology at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. I bring a wide range of experience from the mental health field and have held roles in various settings such as outpatient clinics, police diversion programs, school-based services, and residential treatment facilities.

I have been providing telehealth services since August 2019 and specialize in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, body image, adolescents, and families. I would describe myself as a “holistic” therapist and take a strength-based approach with my clients. By being person centered - meeting clients where they are at in the present moment - I believe I am best able to help individuals navigate current stressors and feel empowered to create positive change in their life. I recognize the courage it takes to seek therapeutic support and feel humbled each time I am able to hear and heal parts of a person’s experience. I look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your journey and to support you towards your goals.

In my spare time, I am an instructor at a local Hot Yoga studio. I truly value physical and mental wellness and work to bring that into my clinical sessions when appropriate.
