Going to therapy was one of the hardest journeys I have taken in life. Getting over the fear of being judged, labeled, and uncomfortable were the hardest parts. My experience in receiving therapy has given me insight to what it’s like on the other side of the couch and motivated me to provide the best clinical care possible.
