I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practioniner trained in family and relational systems. I have practiced in Nebraska for almost 13 years, working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, stress management, major life changes, etc.

This is one of the reasons why change and growth can be so tough! Real growth can be frightening and uncomfortable and it requires us to step well outside our comfort zone.

My goal is to guide my clients to seek the change and growth they need to fulfill their lives.

Regardless of the presenting problem, the therapeutic relationship is a necessary component to therapy. I strive to create an environment where my clients can be vulnerable enough to elicit change comfortably. I support my clients in reaching their highest potential.
