I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona with 13 years experience in the mental health field and 7 years as a therapist. I have worked with a wide variety of people with many different experiences; however, I specialize in trauma, abuse, anxiety, and LGBTQ issues.
I adhere to a client-centered approach to therapy and creating a space of non-judgment to explore your concerns and work toward helping you feel better. My mission is to strategically support individuals in defining their purpose, discovering their unique qualities, cultivating their potential, and fostering healthy relationships while instilling hope.
